Important: As a service-based agency providing custom creative work, we invest significant time and resources into each project from the moment work commences.

2. General Refund Principles

  • No refunds for completed work that has been delivered and approved
  • Refunds considered only in specific circumstances outlined below
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing
  • Approved refunds processed within 14 business days
  • Refunds issued to original payment method

3. Project Cancellation

Before Work Commences:

  • 100% refund if cancelled within 24 hours of payment
  • Cancellation must be requested in writing
  • No cancellation fees apply

During Development:

  • Refund calculated based on work completed
  • 15% administrative fee of total project cost
  • Client receives all completed work
  • Balance refunded within 14 business days

4. Service Dissatisfaction

If you're dissatisfied with our services:

Revision Process:
  • We offer 3 rounds of revisions as standard
  • Issues are escalated to senior project managers
  • Partial refunds considered if specifications can't be met
No Refunds For:
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with approved creative direction
  • Change of mind after approving concepts
  • Client-provided material delays or issues

5. Digital Products & Templates

For pre-made digital products, templates, or downloadable content:

  • No refunds once digital product is accessed or downloaded
  • Technical issues addressed through support, not refunds
  • Defective products replaced at no additional cost
  • All sales are final for digital downloads

6. Fast Track / Rush Delivery

For projects using rush delivery:

  • No refunds for rush fees once work commences
  • Standard refund policies apply to base project cost
  • Timeline guarantees require client materials on time
  • Rush fees are non-refundable after 1 hour

7. How to Request a Refund

Submit refund requests with the following information:

  • Full name and contact information
  • Project name and reference number
  • Date of payment and payment method
  • Detailed reason for refund request
  • Any supporting documentation
